Steve M. Williard concentrates his practice in business transactions, tax planning and tax controversy, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. Mr. Williard’s practice includes negotiating, documenting and closing corporate stock and asset acquisitions, mergers and consolidations; formation and financing of business ventures; buy-sell agreements, employment contracts; joint ventures; real estate sales and acquisitions; and tax planning for businesses and their owners, including asset protection. Mr. Williard also represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, United States Tax Court and the United States District Courts.
